As the autumn leaves look like they are ready to begin to fall, Blink Fitness is thrilled to announce the triumphant return of its highly acclaimed ‘Women in the Weight Room’ series this September.

Following a resounding success with its debut in March, the eagerly awaited fall edition of the series is set to captivate and empower individuals even more profoundly.

From September 6th onward, every Wednesday throughout the month, Blink gyms across the nation will open their doors to host these transformative sessions from 7 to 8 p.m., warmly welcoming participants without the need for a membership.

Moving further into the month, Wednesday, September 20th will be Core Day where the abs will be the target of the workout and finally, the final session will be on Wednesday, September 27th, which will be Lower Body Day, sparing no mercy for the legs and glutes.
